So many believers confess that God is their Saviour, help and all those wonderful things we know Him to be with our mouths, but our actions often tell a different story. Many claim His word to be truth and his promises to be sure, but often choose to submit to the lies of the enemy instead. In this episode, I share how God reminded me that His Word is a firm foundation, His promises are sure and His word will never fail us.

Dealing With The Spirit of Rejection (and how to handle it God's way)

This week, during a business encounter , I had a painful experience with a spirit that I've struggled with deeply in the past - REJECTION. It hurt like hell, but when I decided to be open, honest and vulnerable with God about my struggle, I saw Him bring some much needed healing, while turning things around in my favor to just just bring me peace, but greater profit as well. In this episode, I open up about this experience and share the wisdom God gave me to handle the spirit of rejection His way.

The Importance of Godly Friendships In Your Life

This week, I was prompted by to God to take a HUGE leap of faith and was thoroughly reminded why it's so important to have godly friendships in your life during these seasons. With such a weighty word that would require A LOT of faith, I was blessed to have someone in my corner that reminded me of God's promise over my life and propelled me into a level of faith that I never knew I had. While God's voice trumps all, having friends who will affirm and confirm the Word of God spoken to you when the enemy's lies try to take root in your mind is a truly a blessing. So make sure you've got the right people in your corner to speak the Word of Truth over your life and remind you of who you are and more importantly, of who your God is.

The Pressure To Be Productive

For a lot of us, the pressure to be productive runs deep and unfortunately, our sense of worthiness is often tied to how busy we can appear to be. This week, I found myself feeling intense guilt about needing to take a break from working and even started to panic about having free time in between my daily tasks, feeling that if I wasn't always working then I wasn't doing something right. After a moment intense panic about not feeling busy enough, God had to slow me down and remind me that it's okay to take a moment to breathe and simply be and that I was still worthy - even when I wasn't working.

Your comfort zone is NOT a safe space.

While this episode title is quite the obvious statement, so many of us stay in our comfort zones, not because they're actually comfortable, but often because they're familiar. The pain, the trauma, the regression - it's all familiar - and definitely not a safe place of any sort. In this episode, I share how God reminded me that the world's idea of security is all an illusion and that the only truly safe space is directly, securely and surely in the will of God, and no other place will do.
