The Power of Life and Death

He offers to remove the hardened heart entirely and replace it with something new. Through His Spirit, He produces qualities like purity, gentleness, mercy, and sincerity from the inside out. The same power that raised Christ from the dead applies to your everyday conversations. You cannot tame the tongue on your own, but God can.

Living on the Other Side of You

The words we speak reveal what is truly happening in our hearts. James 3 confronts a contradiction many of us live with: blessing God on Sunday while cursing others made in His image on Monday.
