Sometimes in our lives, we judge certain sins harshly while overlooking others. We can become so focused on the speck in our brother’s eye that we fail to see the log in our own. This kind of thinking allows sin to remain in our lives, leading to a hardened heart. That’s why Pastor Ken reminds us not to give room to any sin we’re holding onto. We can’t live in hypocrisy - we must stay in God’s Word and allow Him to transform our entire lives, not just the parts we allow Him to change.

We live in a world that can feel dark at times. Yet as Christians, we can confuse what God wants for our lives with what our flesh desires, often leading us away from His will. That’s why Pastor Ken encourages us to be mindful of who we’re joined to in our relationships - especially in marriage.
