Pocatello Police Arrest Man For Engaging In Legal Activity

Police in Pocatello, Idaho arrested a man for filming a federal building - a perfectly legal activity - and the reason for his arrest was first "public voyeurism" which is not a crime, and then resisting and obstructing officers for not answering questions that he was not legally required to answer.  The man later pleaded guilty, in spite of statements from the ACLU and Law Professors stating that he was in the right. The government in Idaho does not seem to be very interested in upholding its citizens first amendment rights. In fact, it seems to be very keen on trampling right over them.
