People don't just work for fun, or because they like you, they work because they want to sort bills out, they want to build their careers and money is important to that. Let's make this normal.

Many times, we tend to hold the hammer higher when it isn't us who did the offence, and somehow we have come to think that everything should be perfect except us. We forget that, society is made up of humans like us, and they make mistakes like we do. This includes every other thing that we would produce.
