A friend’s recommendation led us to try something more holistic, and while the tests she ran revealed helpful insights into my overall health, the end result was not what we were expecting. I talk about what it felt like to re-enter the world of fertility conversations from this new angle and how hope, fear, and uncertainty all collided in that moment.
