Tony Alamo with Tony Alamo World Wide Ministries Human Blood, Consecrated Life, and the Warning to Stay Faithful Until the End Ep194 How To Have Gods Life Living In You Part 92 In this episode, Tony Alamo introduces part 92 of How to Have God’s Life Living in You, identified as program 194. He opens by emphasizing that God is Spirit and that Jesus came into the world as a real human being with genuine human blood. Tony argues that Jesus had to be both the Son of God and the Son of Man so that he could be tempted as human beings are tempted and still live without sin. He presents this as proof that believers, with the Spirit of God living in them, are also called to overcome sin rather than excuse it. Challenging Teachings About the Blood of Jesus A major theme of the program is Tony’s disagreement with teachings he says describe the blood of Jesus as “God’s blood.” He argues that because God is Spirit, God does not have blood, and that Jesus had to possess real human blood in order to shed it for humanity’s salvation. Tony specifically criticizes Jack Chick and Reverend John Hagee for what he views as incorrect teaching on this issue. He says that if people believe Jesus had a different kind of blood than other humans, they may wrongly assume Jesus had an advantage that ordinary believers cannot share. Jesus as the Example of a Spirit-Filled Human Life Tony teaches that Jesus’ life demonstrates what can happen when a human being is filled with the Spirit of God. He says Jesus felt pain, endured temptation, suffered on the cross, and obeyed God without sinning. From that, Tony argues that believers who are born again and filled with Christ by the Spirit should also walk in obedience. He connects this to grace, which he defines not as “undeserved favor,” but as the power of God living and working through a person. Condemnation of War, Political Violence, and Religious Hypocrisy Tony spends a significant portion of the episode condemning political leaders, war, and violence against civilians. He criticizes former President Bill Clinton, Janet Reno, President George W. Bush, and government actions he associates with civilian deaths, Waco, and wars abroad. He also denounces religious and political hypocrisy, arguing that people who claim to stand for God while supporting violence, racism, or false doctrine are opposing the truth. The comments are framed in Tony’s intense prophetic style, with repeated warnings about judgment, repentance, and the need to be born again. The Ministry, Persecution, and Tony’s View of Authority Tony reflects on opposition he says the ministry has faced, including attacks from outsiders and former members. He describes government hostility, false accusations, imprisonment, and persecution as part of his religious experience. He also states that spiritual authority belongs to true ministers of the gospel rather than secular governments, especially when governments oppose or remove the Word of God. In this section, Tony presents himself and the ministry as persecuted for preaching the truth, while warning that those who betray or exploit the church will ultimately answer before God. Susan, Weariness, and the Burden of False Converts Tony speaks about Susan’s discouragement before her death, saying she became weary from dealing with people he describes as false converts, users, and spiritually dishonest members of the church. He says the ministry had cared for many people by providing food, clothing, medical help, dental work, housing, and other needs, only to have some leave, speak against the ministry, or return to destructive lives. Tony frames this as part of the burden of ministry: caring even for people who may later betray or reject the message. A Letter From Pennsylvania and the Problem of Discouragement The first listener letter comes from Pennsylvania, where a writer thanks the ministry for literature but asks that future materials be sent to his brother’s address because his stepfather persecutes true Christians. The writer also requests more copies of The Messiah book and the “Earthquake” newsletters, and describes frustration that some people ignore or throw away gospel literature. Tony responds by encouraging the writer not to be discouraged, explaining from Ezekiel that a person who delivers God’s warning receives credit for doing so even if the listener rejects the message. Letters From Ghana, the United Kingdom, Nigeria, and the Assemblies of God Archives A letter from Ghana says a young man who had been considered a “bad boy” was changed after receiving ministry literature from a friend and now wants more literature to give to other troubled youths. A letter from the United Kingdom says newsletters have been distributed and that many people are exploring and finding Jesus. A letter from Nigeria praises Tony as a spiritual father, mentor, and prophet whose ministry has impacted many lives. The program also includes a report from the Assemblies of God archives museum requesting copies of the ministry’s literature for historical and research access. Consecration as the Only Proper Response Near the end, Sharon reads from Tony’s teaching on consecration. Tony says that if a person owned the entire universe, even that would not be enough to repay Jesus for salvation, healing, and deliverance from hell. The only proper response, he says, is complete consecration: giving oneself fully to Christ, allowing Christ to live through the believer, and becoming a vessel through which God can call others to salvation. Without consecration, Tony argues, a person is not truly allowing God’s life to live through them. The Blood, the Prayer, and the Call to Continue Tony closes with a salvation prayer, again emphasizing the human blood of Jesus shed on the cross for the forgiveness of sins. He asks listeners to confess belief in Jesus Christ, invite him into their hearts, and thank him for saving their souls. Sharon then gives contact information for requesting copies of the program by website, mail, phone, or fax, specifying whether the listener wants an audio tape or CD. Tony ends by encouraging listeners to continue into part 93, keep looking into the Word, meditate on it, and apply it to their souls.
