In this episode, we discuss the planning and pre-meditation of the shooter; along with his childhood and upbringing. Side note: at around the 35.20 mark I accidentally said “a few weeks after the shooting” when I meant to say “a few weeks after their mother died”. Sorry for the confusion! The Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School shooting that took place on Valentines Day 2018 in Parkland Florida by student shooter Nikolas Cruz. My comments about the penalty trial and more. This first episode will mainly consist of the facts and timeline of events that unfolded that day. In later episodes we will interactively discuss different talking points about the tragedy. The trial is currently underway and we will discuss our opinions about the trial in future episodes.
