Mark and Ben got into Ultraspeaking about the same time in 2020. In this episode, they discuss their journey of transformation. It's often the case, people want transformation to happen overnight. It rarely happens like that. But it will happen when one remains consistent.

Ajit, Jenny, Robert Y, Santosh and I talked about how specifically Ultraspeaking has been helping us grow as better communicators. In the later half of the talk, we also brainstormed on different ways we can support each other, either it's preparing for big talks in real life, or practicing with other Ultraspeakers in longer form, with a specific intention, theme or format.
