Who am I? What is my language of communication? Where am I going? Who do I take with me? Never compare yourselves to others and interpret your strength as a weakness. Instead, celebrate your strengths and collaborate with others to improve on your limitations. Instead of seeing the glass as half empty, see it as half full. Do not give yourself permission to slacken or relax your efforts towards your goals. Do not apologize for your greatness!  A reward will not always follow your labor- Show up anyway! You never know when the tables will turn or who might be watching you.
