Kuvaus

A memorial is being built on Chattanooga’s popular Walnut Street Bridge to honor Ed Johnson. Jerome Meadows is the artist chosen to design it. In 1906, a young African American man named Ed Johnson was murdered by a lynch mob on the Walnut Street Bridge in his home town of Chattanooga, Tennessee. We Care Now is the story of what happened to Ed Johnson and what a group of citizens are doing today to memorialize him. We Care Now was created by the podcasting students of Will Davis at the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga.
