This episode is about humility and finding enlightenment from those around us. I start with a longer meditation on finding elements of enlightenment from the most to the least enlightened around us. The meditation encourages humility as it encourages the listener to take the perspective that they are the least enlightened person and everyone-- even the most difficult-- is further along on their journey to enlightenment.
