WTF? I'm Confused

In episode 84, I dicuss fathers and father figures that decided to be an ON instead of the father/father figure that they should have been. This episode was brought on by this Pooh Shiesty nonsense, but he and his father are far from the only ones to do something stupid. I also talk about the trauma of parents wanting their children to experience the challenges that we went through when we know how hard it was for us to deal with. The Passion

When Was The Last Time?

Happy New Year! It's been a minute, but I am back! To start off 2026 I decided to go the solo route for this personal episode. In this episode I talk about an emotional melt down I had at work, and if what I am doing is making difference with our future adults. I also discuss mental and emotional health, and how we have to take care of ourselves first. Is It All Bad?

In this episode I sit down and have a conversation with Ronnie Chestnutt the author of "1971 The Desegregation of schools from a child's perspective". During our conversation we discuss his upbringing in Sampson County, NC in the 1960's, what made him go into the military, his thoughts on what this current administrations is doing, his inspiration for writing the book, and a few other topics.
