God is good, all the time. But his goodness tends to shine the brightest against the backdrop of the broken human condition. In Exodus 33-34, God promises Moses that all his goodness would pass in front of him. We see from this encounter that God's goodness is demonstrated through his willingness to love, protect, and forgive his people -- as well as hold guilty people accountable.

Welcome to our first worship service of 2024! We hope and pray that today's service brings honor to God and encouragement to our church family. Today our Lead Minister, Bryan Fojtasek, will begin his final message series at Westside. It's a three-part series on the goodness of God, the power of the Spirit, and the love of Christ.

Happy New Year from Westside Church of Christ! As we wrap up 2023, we want to thank our Westside family for all your love, support, and service this year. Our final message of the year will focus on following Jesus, the Good Shepherd.

The first thing the angels tell the shepherd about the birth of Jesus is that he is the Savior, Lord and Messiah. God has a long history of sending the right person, at the right time, to bless and rescue his people. Jesus is the savior we all desperately need!

Merry Christmas Eve from Westside Church of Christ! We are praying that today's service is a blessing to you and your family. As we celebrate the birth of Jesus, may God's hope and love fill your hearts as you put your trust in him. This month Christmas message series is called "What Child is This?" We'll be exploring five of the ways the Bible describes the identity of Jesus: Prophet, Priest, King, Savior, and Shepherd. Each of those descriptions tells us something important about who Jesus is and the role he plays in our lives.
