What About Porridge
In this episode we outline strategies for addressing chronic gut problems - as part 1 of our two part series on overcoming common gut issues using a structured, scientific approach. We also talk about the nutrient deficiencies I discovered after tracking a week of meals with Cronometer, and we dive into two standouts: choline and folate.
