The Rollercoaster Called "Healing"

Hey guys! So far, I've received a lot of positive feedback, so we're going to keep it going. Currently, I'm working on being consistent across all aspects of my life to reap the benefits. I'm in a place where the healing feels more like a rollercoaster, and I'm accepting that sometimes 2 things can be true at the same time. It's essential to validate your own thoughts and opinions, even when they're conflicting or confusing. Please let me know if anyone else is going through this.

Hey guysss! So, once again, I'm dropping another voice note that was just on my heart and mind to share with you. Excuse my voice, I've been sick for the last couple of weeks. That's not going to stop me from speaking a good word or two though, just bear with me and my stuffy nose. I'm truly learning to master my emotions, and it's been nothing short of a challenge to overcome old habits.
