Yes, you have probably heard this before, however, this is legit... the need for rest. I share a VERY simple tip, with how to schedule in time to feel your emotions. "Why, do I need to feel them, Lucy? " Because our emotions is enegy in motion, and be you feeling themv, you heal them, and transfomrm you entire life.
