In this ep i discuss how for years I thought I just needed to try harder. I blamed myself for being distracted, inconsistent, overwhelmed, and constantly overthinking. Then I finally went to therapy, got help for my ADHD, and started medication. And everything got quieter. My brain finally felt clear enough to focus, follow through, and trust myself. That’s what changed my confidence.
