This meditation is a guided sensual self-touch practice for those who want to learn how to build arousal, practice sexual mindfulness, feel more connected to their body, and experience more pleasure. Sexual Confidence: Sex Positive Affirmations

Even the most sexually confident people identify that at some times in their life they’ve lost their mojo. This meditation offers a range of sex-positive affirmations, as a way to challenge and re-wire unuseful sexual scripts and have more choice as to how you habitually think and feel about your body. Whilst using affirmations may feel clunky or even awkward at first, I find this practice to be radically useful for my clients, and we can make sense of this by turning to the science of neuroplasticity: when we engage in new behaviors, thoughts, activities and so on, our brain starts to rewire itself. I often hear ‘ I don’t deserve pleasure because I am (insert self-talk here). It’s vital we challenge ideas that are getting in the way between you and your pleasure, this practice is one approach.
