I’ve been in a bit of a funk and feeling somewhat lost. I found myself going back to certain podcasts where I knew I was in a good flow state. I listened closely and intentionally to what I was doing during that period. I was eating well, sleeping properly, making music, socialising, expressing myself, and moving with purpose. That “time capsule” allowed me to revisit the habits and mindset. You don’t need podcasts to do this either. The same thing can be achieved by keeping a journal much like McConaughey did.
