Do Nots of Grieving

In this episode, I’ve tried to talk about that do not of grieving. Anyways grieving can be very hard and it’s important that we are protecting ourselves as we walk through this process.

In this episode I continue to share how I am grieving my mother’s loss. It includes some serious things such as some tears, seeking emotional support from others but it also includes some fun things, reliving some fun memories with my mother. Grieving: What’s Helping Me
