Descripción

It was a great honor and pleasure to finally sit down with my beautiful 17 year old daughter Aiyanna; just to give opportunity for her to share her journey as a military child and to display her success in overcoming difficulties along the way.  She has become so self-sufficient in handling her responsiblities while managing the relationships that matter the most.  Check out this inspirational episode and be blessed!

"How Long, LORD???" (Moment of Prayer) **Independence Day Edition**

I believe it’s important to note that, since the beginning; since the establishment of America on July 4, 1776, slavery (of “black” Africans) existed.  From 1776 until 1865 (when all slaves were deemed free), that’s 89 years that Black people endured the oppression, hatred, and wicked injustices that slavery produces. To date, it has been 158 years, 15 decades, and almost 2 centuries that Black people have endured racial injustice since the signing of the Emancipation Proclamation in 1863, which potentially abolished the slavery of ONLY “some” Black people in these United States of America.  It wasn’t until 1865, two years later that all Black people were deemed free; it happened that year on June 19th, the original Black Freedom Day.
