Episode 10 - Inner Child wound - Self Betrayal

In this episode i felt compelled to talk about an inner child wound called "self-betrayal" - often we can be silenced as a child, or told we are "too much" by our care-givers. We then carry this forward to adulthood not always understanding where this wound comes from.
