In this episode, we welcome Dr. Ola Phyktina to the podcast. Dr. Olga (Ola) Pykhtina is a DHA-licensed psychologist, play & art therapist, and the Medical Director at the Wellness Hub. She specializes in working with children, adults, families, and couples. She gained her Ph.D in Counselling from the school of Education and Communication at Newcastle University, UK. She has three Master’s degrees from Ukraine and the UK. Dr. Ola was trained as a play therapist through the Canadian Association of Child and Play Therapy. She is a certified CBT adult therapist. In addition, in her work with adults, Dr. Ola uses a Client-Centred approach. She also works with couples using Gottman Method. Supporting mothers-to-be and current mothers in their search for balance and wellbeing is one of her passions.
