Descripción

In this episode, I discuss my mental health journey: where I started, the ups and downs, and where I am at now. My goal for this episode was to open up and be completely real in order to help someone else out there that may be feeling the same way. Like I said multiple times throughout this episode: you are not alone and there are resources to help you if you're struggling. My DMs are always free to message and I am always here to listen to you because you deserve to feel heard and understood. Mental health is a huge struggle for a lot of people especially in today's world yet so stigmatized, and I hope by me being completely real with you all that I destigmatize it as much as I possibly can as one human.  Timestamps where topics discussed may be triggering: 7:20-9:02 (Loss of a loved one) 10:44-12:53 (Sexual Assault) 16:31-18:45 (Using substance to cope) 31:00-32:00 (Feelings of hopelessness/worthlessness)  This is a little bit of a heavier episode but in my opinion so important. I hope you all can take something away from this and enjoy this week's episode :)
