In this episode, I explain how to perform the Four Heartbeat meditation. If you can do this while sitting in a meditative posture like an Asana, please feel free to do so. It can also be done while sitting in a chair or lying down. The Four Heartbeat Purification is a transcendental meditation to restore balance to the heart by cleansing it and restoring your connection to it.
