In this episode I'm talking with a very fascinating friend of mine - Dr. Marcy Cole, a Holistic Psychotherapist. For over three decades, , she has guided people, as they navigate life’schanges, challenges, and callings… supporting adolescents, adults, and couples through an integrative approach that nurtures their mind, body, and spirit. We talk about finding love later in life and how she and her new love had a nomadic year of traveling around the US and Europe visiting friends, new and old ones. She truly lives in the moment and trusts her instincts. It's pretty fascinating atage 60ish to just make space for a year of traveling and then move three states away to be with her loved one. However, they are back to traveling and will now together find a place to live.  Talking about following yourinstincts and staying true to you, which is her motto in life.  Marcy’s writings have been featured in Goop, Maria Shriver’s Sunday Paper, Thrive Global, and HuffPost. On Age and Attitude with Kicke Jeppsson

In this episode I'm talking with Kicke, my best childhood friend from Sweden. We actually celebrate 60 years of friendship this year. If you do the math, we have been besties since age 4. And of course we talk about old memories and our long distance friendship. She's in Sweden and I'm in California.  Kicke is responsible for students internship-based education at Linkoping University, Sweden, which means she and her team find about 3,500 placements every year for students inschools with teachers.  Since she works with all the heads of the departments, she is able to influence thefuture education in Sweden. How cool is that?  She is married with two kids and two bonus kids and four grandkids. How does she manage work, husband, kids and grandkids. Quite impressive.   She was born in Brooklyn and left New York to chasethe California Dream soon after college. I met her in Santa Monica where we were neighbors. Every day she biked to her art studio in Venice. Around age 60 she traded in the bike for a horse. Age & Attitude In this episode I'm talking with Donn Delson, a 76-year-old  fine art aerial photographer and nowhere near slowing down. His quote "Reinvention: My Favorite Extreme Sport" already tells us how he lives life to the fullest. I am so impressed with not only his art work, but with him as a person and I know he will inspire you to literally fly towards your dreams regardless of your age.  Internationally recognized for his large-scale images shot from doorless helicopters, his work offers a striking new perspective on both manmade and natural landscapes—where familiar forms take on entirely new visual interpretations from above. His latest solo exhibition, The Space Between, pays homage to artists like Rothkoand Mondrian through images shot over colorful freight container ports around the world. Donn’s work has been featured in CNN, The Times, and ArchitectureToday, and he’s currently writing a book on how retirement can be the most creative chapter of all.
