This is a Yoga Nidra meditation for women who want to start learning how to stay with the body, even when something unpleasant arises.Most of us were never taught how to fully feel. How to be in the body and stay there. This practice is one small step in building that capacity. Yoga Nidra is a guided meditation practice that works with the body's natural ability to process sensation, feeling and emotion. Each time you practice, you give your body a little more experience of staying. Over time, that builds trust. Trust that the body can hold what arises.
