Descripción

Went to a university open day on Valentine’s Day (check out my Instagram for a recap of the solo date). As usual, the event couldn’t have gone uneventful, hence a deep reflection on my academics and future university choices. If you don’t know what bachelor's degree to choose for uni, this one is especially for you!  A book I mentioned: “101 essays that will change the way you think” by Brianna Wiest

episode school is a privilege why? artwork

school is a privilege why?

WARNING: This episode is the collection of thoughts I came up with by myself over the process of constant reflection and a series of experiences. This is the reality I find comforting to live by and might not necessarily align with how YOU want to or view it already. In no way am I suggesting that school isn't a privilege; this discussion deals with what I actually mean when I say this, because until recently, I wasn't even questioning this statement. Now that I do it, it helps me to identify the extent to which school is an amazing thing full of opportunity and ultimately PRIVILEGE (although still containing its flaws) that helps me to expand as a holistic person, not only as a student. Take everything I say with a grain of salt and enjoy my debate with myself on what my yapp actually means.
