I also discuss the guilt and pain associated with not being able to say no to your parents because of fear and people-pleasing. I touch on how hard it is growing up & not feeling safe enough to to express your true authentic self because of how our parents raised us.

Control issues & C-PTSD

Healing is never ending and once you heal something sometimes you need to go back and heal that same issue but on a deeper level.
