From finding his faith at age eight to serving his country in Desert Storm, pursuing excellence as a White Hat college football official, and rising to Vice President and General Manager of WVLT, Channel 8 in Knoxville, Bruce’s story is a powerful reminder that "Possibility" knows no limits for those who live with faith, purpose and heart.

Raised in Chicago, Illinois, with his brother by a single mother during a time of riots and political turmoil, Oscar turned to smoking pot at the age of 11. This choice eventually spiraled into more extensive drug use and finally full-blown addictions. For several years, he battled the harsh consequences of his addictions until he experienced an extremely profound "Spiritual Awakening." Now, with 12 years of sobriety, Oscar passionately inspires others by sharing his story—a beautiful testament to the Power of Faith and Possibility.
