Benny Luo is the founder of NextShark.com, a leading media destination for Asian Americans covering news, business, politics, entertainment, and culture that reaches up to 20 million people per week on social media. NextShark has been cited by The New York Times, Business Insider, The Washington Post, Forbes, BBC, CNN, Fox, and more and has led coverage of anti-Asian violence since the beginning of 2020. Previously, he was the founder of NewMediaRockstars.com, a leading media company covering digital entertainment that was acquired in 2013. In 2018, Luo was inducted into the Forbes 30 Under 30 list in Media.

EP8 - Bridget Watanabe

Bridget is a singer-songwriter from Seattle, WA who appeared on American Idol in 2013 making the Top 20 girls. With songwriting placements for Teairra Mari, Shontelle and Amber Rose, Bridget continues to write and produce into 2021. She is currently writing for an AI girl group AVTR, founded by company Panjandrum.ai, AVTR and voices one of the characters, Tera Bang. Bridget is involved in the behind-the-scenes process and development of AVTR, working closely with the CEO and founders of Panjandrum.ai.

EP7 - Ysabelle Cuevas

Ysabelle Cuevas is a Filipino-Canadian singer, songwriter and YouTuber, known for her covers and original songs on her self-titled YouTube channel. She started posting videos on YouTube in 2016 and has since gained a sizable following due to her powerful and emotive singing style. Her channel features a mix of covers of popular songs and original compositions, and she has also released a number of singles and an album. She is known for her renditions of popular English and OPM (Original Pilipino Music) songs. Her Youtube channel is also known for her duet videos with other popular Filipino Youtubers.

EP6 - Kenton Chen

Kenton Chen is a singer, actor, and songwriter based in Los Angeles. You can see him on NBC’s Perfect Harmony and HBO’s Room 104. A graduate of USC Thornton's jazz program, Kenton first gained national attention on NBC’s The Sing-Off.  Since then, he has lent his classical, pop, and jazz voice to many projects, most notably Scary Pockets, Stories, and Postmodern Jukebox. He has sung for artists as Kesha, Portugal the Man, Demi Lovato, and Jennifer Hudson. When he is not performing, writing, or teaching, Kenton enjoys improvisational cooking and NPR.
