What happens when a family member leaves a house or money to their heirs? In this episode, I discuss the ways that family, when uneducated, may not make the best decision. It sometimes can be as something simple as that, getting educated. In the black family too many times, we are left with the only having property in the family for one generation. Take the sex out

In this episode I discuss what it means to take the sex out of your relationship. So many times, women can think that all they have to do is open their legs and the man in their life will be pleased. Not the case. There is more to pleasing a man than just him busting a nut. I challenge you to ask yourself, "what is my value?"
