Descripción

In this episode of AuntiesRoommate Podcast I sit down with mental health advocate Cordeny Lewis and we discuss dating while healing from trauma and the importance of healing before dating. So many of us date to heal and then we tend to not be cautious on top of that. Now here we are, adding more trauma/stress/hurt on top of the trauma we've already been ignoring. Not many people can have a healthy dating life and work on healing at the same time. Sometimes, it's best to just focus on one thing at a time... HEALING ! Let's stop dating to heal and learn how to heal to date. I think that would serve a lot better. *Special Note: I am so happy to be back, I missed you guys! I hope you all enjoy this episode.
