What they do for us vs. Who they are

In this episode, I chat about - Debunking the phrase, "God come into this place", as God is already Omnipresent. Why are we telling Him to be somewhere he already is. - Moving our focus from Knowing People More to benefit us to Knowing people for who they are. This also applies to knowing God for who He is rather than what He can do for us. When we move away from focusing more on People (and trying to figure them out.. or feeling 'unsure' about them) to God, the ALL KNOWING.. God can reveal everything we need to know about the person. He can open our eyes to what we've been blinded to. I grew up Christian, having Holy ghost filled grandparents, attending a Christian private school, singing, and prophetic dancing... you name it -- yet never had a true relationship with God. How does that make sense?  There was a desire for more, yet my reason for more was clouded. I needed to get myself out of the equation and add God instead.
