EP1- Inner Child Healing

As a trauma/energy healing coach I want illustrate that Inner child healing can be so uncomfortable and harrowing but it is equally as gratifying and inspiring. My challenge for you this week is to do one of the journal prompts I mentioned or one you find online {Pinterest is where I found mine}. Also, PLAY! DANCE! SCREAM! LAUGH! Whatever emotion you feel like little you needs to release. Do it, Release it. Although this is way out of my comfort zone I KNOW it is the right step because I have a story to tell and amazing tools an techniques to share.
