In the 4th episode, I share the ideas on how to make it easier to stick to your gaming fast once you’ve decided to take control over your gaming habit. The 2 main ideas are to make gaming difficult and invisible. By difficult, I mean increase the distance between you and the games so that it’s not as easily accessible as before. By making gaming invisible, I mean removing triggers that make you think and crave gaming from both your virtual and physical environments.
