John is an idol and living legend for a many of us in the sportfishing industry and Owner of Bayliss Boat works. What I really enjoyed about this interview is, even as the Owner and Leader of a multimillion dollar Boat Building operation that employs hundreds of craftsmen and women, he is still a fishermen at heart.
