Sometimes we are left with this heavy burden of guilt after losing our loved ones. We can sometimes feel guilt for not having done enough or not doing the "right thing" leading up to or after the loss of someone dear to us. We can also feel that we SHOULD carry this guilt with us as if we didn't, it might be perceived as "we do not care enough" or "we have move forward too quickly". In this episode I want to share three key concepts that will help toward your recovery from grief and encourage you to let go of guilt. These are 3 concepts which I have adopted throughout my own grief recovery and know them to be super helpful. You will also find support in how to deal with others and their unhelpful opinions.
