Descripción

In this episode, we walk through Mark 5:21–42 — the stories of Jairus, his dying daughter, and the woman who suffered for 12 years with the issue of blood. Both stories reveal something deeper than just physical healing. They show us what it looks like to trust God in the waiting, in the interruptions, and in the moments when healing feels delayed… or doesn’t come the way we hoped. As someone living with chronic illness, I reflect on how these stories mirror the reality many of us face. A journey that is messy, exhausting, and often filled with unanswered prayers. Healing isn’t always immediate, and sometimes it’s not promised in this life at all. But this episode is a reminder: we cannot idolize healing and forget the Healer. Jesus meets us in the middle of our suffering, honors our faith, and reminds us that restoration is bigger than what we can see. Whether healing comes now or in eternity, our hope is anchored in Him.

Forgiveness is Not Optional

Unforgiveness doesn’t stay contained. It spreads. In this episode, we confront what scripture actually says about forgiveness through Philemon and Matthew 6:14–15 and 18:21–22. It’s not just about “letting things go,” it’s about obedience, humility, and reflecting the mercy we’ve already been given. Unforgiveness will take root in your heart and begin to affect your relationships, your peace, and even your intimacy with God. The longer it goes unaddressed, the deeper it grows. And while we often justify holding on to hurt, Jesus makes it clear: forgiveness is not optional for those who have been forgiven. This episode challenges us to stop excusing it, stop avoiding it, and start dealing with it. Because the freedom you’re praying for may be on the other side of the forgiveness you’re resisting. I also open up about my own journey and how I held onto unforgiveness for years towards people who said they loved me but took advantage of my vulnerability. We go there in this episode...so come ready.
