How many times have we opened our social media platforms/apps and have gotten lost in what we saw? Whether knowingly or unknowingly, our feed tends to release things that we at times don’t NEED! So it is imperative that we become very INTENTIONAL with WHO & WHAT we FOLLOW. We must be intentional with what we allow within our portals (eyes, heart, ears, mind, & souls). It can be a positive enhancement or negative detriment to our lives by simply the absorption of what we’ve seen/internalized. Search your social feed and ask yourself “What Is My Feed Feeding Me?”.
