🗣️Tell me you're Neurodivergent without telling me you're Neurodivergent. Are you a person of color who is late-diagnosed? How has this influenced your spiritual life? My intention is to support and educate late-diagnosed and late-identified adult people of color who are uncovering their truth, learning their needs, and reclaiming their narrative. While formal diagnosis is valid and necessary for many, countless late-identified autistic adults are self-recognized or self-diagnosed - often because formal pathways are inaccessible, biased, or even traumatic. Self-understanding is a legitimate form of care.
