This week Jake and John talk about making changes. They discuss a project they did this week that might require a change to city code, how its important to recognize when and what we need to change in our lives, and how we need to actually make these changes instead of just thinking about them.

They discuss how thinking about the future helps relieve anxiousness in the present, how focusing on the future helps you stay focused, and how there is also a fine line between getting lost in the future and being present.
