EP34: Accountability

On Episode 34 of the BPerryFilms Podcast I will be sharing a topic that is very purposeful to me. The key element that I will be mentioning is "Accountability" This is a word that can be triggering to many people because it has a high level of commitment and responsibility when it comes to achieving the goal. Let me tell you I have the term to a high level because I always perform at my highest level. I have tried to apply this term when working with people for extended periods in which are referred to as Accountability Partners. Let me save you the long story and let me tell you it never works out. Its either they are not committed to the assignment, the process, and to the goal that is trying to be achieved at hand. I want to be able to have someone to rely on when times are hard or for someone to bounce ideas off of. I feel like a person with my type A personality needs to be surrounded by people who have similar interests and work ethic. Many people lack the urgency to deliver a particular goal. This episode refers to the content shared in a prior episode on procrastination and how it is contagious. At the end of the day, you are only responsible for your dynamics and your performance when approaching a goal. Keep Going No Matter What

Keep Creating No matter What!!! Many people struggle when it comes to finding inspiration to figure out their own version of creativity. Creativity takes time to balance and manage. It is essential for us to take breaks when needed to reprogram our thought processes and how we digest information. As a person who has experience as a student, working a full-time job, and running a business I can see how we can feel overwhelmed. EP33: Discipline

On Episode 33 of BPerryFilms Podcast I will be referencing my course “Creating An Effective Business Plan v1” and the two books 12 Week Year and Atomic Habits. In this episode, I will be breaking down the common acronym that we heard of called SMART Goals and how it can be used in your daily life. Discipline isn't a bad thing and shouldn't be treated as so. Having discipline lets people know your work ethic when it comes to completing a certain task. Discipline takes time to achieve when trying anything new because there may be some things that you don't know about or have an interest in. EP31: Hiring An Administrative Assistant

On Episode 31 of BPerryFilms Podcast I would enjoy sharing a milestone that I always wanted to test out. I decided that I was going to add someone to my team from a solo creator to a two-member business. This could be a temporary experience for this intern where he would be put to the test by assisting me with Administrative Duties. In this episode, I have my intern Pius Kehinde who is based in Nigeria, South Africa, and let me tell you it made some experiences more enjoyable by easing some of the workload. He would be working with me for 3 months taking all the knowledge that I would be teaching him to perfect his craft. In this conversation, you will hear about his experience working with me at BPerryFilms remotely. I hope you are excited to meet him as he helped me work through a few launches with The Artistic Creator Academy™ and allowed me to make some notifications with my business. As I told him when he first started he would be put to the test to work outside of his comfort zone. One is public speaking so what better place than on a Podcast. In his interview, he shared that he was shy and reserved and didn’t have much experience working in front of the camera. I told him this is a film company and this is what we do. Outside of BPerryFilms, he was known for his Freelance Writing skills that he offers on services such as Upwork & Fiverr.  By the time he finished his internship, he was very appreciative of the journey he got to take with me. He has strengthened his techniques in marketing, writing, and public speaking. Now he has transferable skills to take on for future projects and companies he decides to work and collaborate with.
