Meditation... Yeeeepppp 10+ years ago 'Meditation' to me, meant sitting still... and I don't sit still. Welcome the gift of a YEAR of Headspace and WOW it changed my life. Headspace TAUGHT ME about the inner workings of my brain, AND how to meditate. Ultimately it's about being here, right here, right in the touch of every finger hitting the keys as I write and then read this sentence. Present. Right here.
