Serving youth from infancy through age 18, the organization provides early childhood education, after-school programs, teen mentorship, workforce development opportunities, and leadership experiences that help young people succeed in school, work, and life.   In this episode, Amanda and Clay share the organization's history, its impact on generations of families, and how its programs continue to evolve to meet today's youth's needs.
