S.B.D. Saturday practice followed by recording a podcast episode! Some of our top Athletes in our Female Division of Team GSP wanted to share their journey! We also got into some instagram questions! As always… unedited but as the conversation flowed we landed in on talking about fueling for performance and body image issues that young female athletes may experience. It was an honest conversation with some amazing young ladies that have found a shared passion and may I even say outlet when it comes to Powerlifting and Team GSP! Zoey, Gracie, MJ, and Phoenix are 4 incredibly strong and amazing humans!

Episode 112: Loudon. Programming. Athletes

Wow this never used to be so difficult to get going, but we don’t complain we just work! Fair warning the episode ends abruptly, but we plan to finish it! Learned some editing tricks and deleted one of the 2 of me on there to get it going! We dive into some good stuff and was hoping to go deeper down the programming rabbit hole and believe we will for part 2 of this one if we can get back on together! EP 111 - FINALLY! USAPL YOUTH RECAP (record a month ago)

This has been a crazy process... I have not listened back to it yet, but hoping it is what you have come to expect from this podcast! We recorded this episode a month ago... Through a very long process we finally got the audio up (but some may have been deleted). Multiple devices and folks appeared on the episode... maybe. It should feature the one and only Erin Booher famous for Youth Powerlifting, Rising Star Gymnastics, eCLIPSE Powerlifting, USAPL meet director and Youth Division::: Oh and she is like totally awesome! My guy Justin Loudon (although if I remember correctly we didn't let him get a whole lot of words in, but I got a feeling next episode he is going to be yapping away... that's right we will finally jump down a programming rabbit hole and check in on his progress and he finishes up the Team GSP garage version of a program!) Demarco Henry that logged on from a few devices after about an hour in, but then it kicked him off and from the communication from Riverside (the app we use now) not sure if his audio will be on or not?!? Yours truly that finally had a chance to get this finished up. I'll be bringing more podcasts and trying to bring folks along on the journey with Team GSP, Beacon, South Bend St. Joe, and most importantly being the parent to some amazing kids!
