Calm Your Crazy
Tonight’s episode is all about reconnecting to the body and understanding why the body is the actual interface through which we experience reality. We spend so much time living in thought that we stop noticing what the nervous system, emotions, instincts, tension patterns, and physical sensations are constantly communicating to us. But your body is responding to everything before your conscious mind even catches up. In this episode, I’m teaching practical exercises designed to strengthen awareness, observation, symbolic recognition, nervous system sensitivity, and conscious perception. We’re talking about why repetition builds recognition pathways, how the nervous system learns through association and focus, and why learning to observe yourself changes the way you experience reality. We’ll go through: * card training exercises, * object resonance, * environmental awareness, * body-based yes/no signals, * symbolic perception, * dream tracking, * and perception development practices. This episode is about learning how to slow down enough to actually notice yourself again. Based on exercises from Module 9, Lesson 4 of my Consciousness Training work.
