There's a strong chance that in your life you've had a brush with burnout, but the likelihood is you've put it down to other factors. Burnout is something that creeps up on us and, without better understanding of it, can be something really detrimental to our mental wellbeing. In this episode, I'm joined by Flic Taylor, a subject matter expert in burnout. Not only is Flic a complete bundle of energy, she is a coach, mental health writer and the host of the podcast 'Everyday Burnout Conversations'. We go deep on Burnout, describing what it actually is, discussing the stigmas around it, how to recognize it and how to address it.
