Can It Take Us There?: Growing up, Moving out, and Moving on

As someone who is about to graduate college, just moved to New York City, and is learning how to cope with the pains of growing up, many of the feelings that I've been enduring during the growing up process are taking me there. At 21 there is still so much growing and learning left to do, but that doesn't diminish the experiences that I have lived though and my need to, well, get them all out in the open (lol). This episode is going to be all about growing up, moving out, and moving on and questioning if it can take us there / where exactly there is for me. I chose to do this episode solo as these feelings are so true to what I am experiencing right now and I always want to be transparent and honest on this platform. Friendship. We all want to be someone's number one BFF. You know, like the kind you can send snapchats while you're on the toilet, and also be able to share your deepest secrets with. All throughout my life, I've struggled with finding friends, fitting in with friends, and keeping them. Friendships are messy, beautiful, meaningful, and even heartbreaking. Through my 21 years of life, friendship has always... taken me somewhere.  On this episode, I have my best friends from college: Libby, Lauren, Taneyah, and Emma with me to discuss the highs and lows of friendship and the places that it can take us.
